Six (6) credits with aggregate 24 or better in not more than TWO sittings at the West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WAEC/SSSCE), NECO or Any High School certification. The result(s) should include English Language and Mathematics and the elective subjects relevant to the choice of programme or their equivalent.
CAMBRIDGE GCE /IGCSE O’Level and A’Level / International Baccalaureate /High Diploma Holders / Mature Applicants
Five (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics and credits in three other relevant subjects plus three passes at the A/Level in the relevant subjects.
Two passes at the A/level with an average of ‘C’ is also acceptable.
Completed Application forms must be accompanied by the Application fee which is directly charged by the university.
Student Application Guidelines
Step 1: The following documents should be scanned in Jpeg format and A4 size to be uploaded while completing the online form.
i. Official O’level or A’level result OR Transcripts
ii. Certified copy of Birth Certificate
iii. Recent Passport-size photograph
iv. Medical report or Clearance (Optional)
v. Application Fee Bank deposit receipt of $150 or Local Currency Equivalent (For direct Bank deposit or transfer option to our Bank Account. Credit / Debit card payment options are available at the end of the application form).
Step 3: Complete the online application forms and Pay the application fee which is directly charged by the university.
Step 4: Track application status and get the result.
Application for 2019 session is in progress. Deadline for the submission of application forms is now on Friday, 30th August, 2019. All application are treated on first come first serve basis due to limited space for some courses.
NOTE: Undergraduate and Graduate applications are accepted all year round. However students are admitted for January or August/September session.
- WAECL charges a minimum service fee of $50.
- You need to pay the application fee which is directly charged by the university, and WAECL is authorized to collect on their behalf.
